he is saying he got a copy but cant tell us because he is under NDA but what the NDA means is that you cant show any parts of the game like SS or AVI's and stuff like that.

and im sure you couldnt go on the news and tell all about the game either. but i dont think they would care if he told me and crowbar and the other 2 people who visit this forum.

The specifics of what a particular NDA covers depend on the NDA.

OMG, c'mon already. Geez....
Back in the day, even I got a copy of the leaked ET beta.
Does the game suck the life out of your PC and could this be worthy of comp.
Is bani making plans already? Elf, go slap herf's nuts and post up an "experience" of game play. Do the vehicles add any balance to this game?
LOL, if they say it's awesome, I need to start upgrading again.
BTW, how about an IP so I can see who's playing beta on ASE.
