I recommend starting with the exterior view, look for the "Hall of Justice Exterior Navigation" at the bottom of the first exterior page for more details.

The interior is, imo, more interesting, but the exterior view is a nice set-up for it. The interior also has "Hall of Justice Interior Navigation" links at the bottom of its first page.
