does xfire only find other xfire users? or does it work like other server browsers (a.s.e or kquery4)?

You can add people to your friends list so they pop up when gaming and you can click to join them. It also browses all game servers out there for I think every MP game out there so I guess it's like ASE in that way.

It's 100% free. Xfire seems to be pretty popular with most folks.
